Welcome to RenewWatch! We attach great importance to your right to privacy and are committed to protecting the security of your personal information in accordance with the law. This document explains how Teddy Intelligent Group (Hong Kong) Co. (hereinafter referred to as "we") collects, uses, stores, shares, transfers and protects your information when you use RenewWatch related products and services.
This policy applies to all products and services on the RenewWatch platform.
1. How We Collect and Use Your Information
We will collect and process the following types of information in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy and necessity, including but not limited to providing services to you, optimizing experience, and ensuring security:
- AI Interaction and Analysis Information: Including information such as text you input and AI replies, which may be processed by third-party AI service providers.
- Cookies and Local Storage Information: Used to save preference settings and improve service experience.
- Permission Invocation Information: May involve permissions such as SMS reading, network access, storage, etc., and your consent will be obtained before use.
- User Profile and Behavior Records: Including information such as function usage frequency for operational analysis.
- Anonymous Device Identifier (OAID): After you agree to this policy, we may collect your device's anonymous identifier (OAID) for the following purposes:
- Security Risk Control and Anti-fraud: Used to identify and prevent batch registration, machine brushing, malicious attacks and fraudulent behaviors (such as preventing new user benefits from being brushed by scripts), assist in judging abnormal devices, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the platform and the majority of users.
- De-identified Operational Analysis: Used for de-identified aggregated statistics of device activity to evaluate service stability and improve product quality.
Note: You can reset or turn off this permission in the system settings. After turning it off, we will not be able to obtain this identifier, which may affect the accuracy of the above risk control functions, but will not affect your use of other core services.
2. How We Share, Transfer and Disclose Your Information
We will not sell or illegally share your information with any company, organization or individual, and may only share it in the following circumstances:
- With your explicit consent or authorization;
- Sharing necessary for providing large model services: To realize functions such as intelligent dialogue and content analysis, part of your input information (such as text, etc.) may be transmitted to our cooperative large model service providers (such as Dify, etc.) for processing, only for generating response content or executing relevant instructions. We will ensure that such processing behaviors are limited to the scope of this service function, and the cooperation parties are required to promise to comply with relevant data protection obligations;
- Third-party service support: Such as technical service partners for SMS analysis, data storage, etc.;
- Sharing with affiliated companies: Only to provide consistent service experience, follow the principle of minimum necessity, and be bound by this policy;
- Required by laws and regulations or judicial authorities;
- Business changes: In case of merger, acquisition, asset restructuring, etc., we will notify you in advance and require the successor to continue to assume privacy protection responsibilities.
Except for the above circumstances, we may collect, use and disclose your information without obtaining authorization under the following circumstances explicitly permitted by laws and regulations:
- Involving national security, national defense security, public security, major public interests, etc.;
- Related to criminal investigation, judicial procedures, court judgment enforcement, etc.;
- For the protection of major legitimate rights and interests of natural persons in emergency situations.
3. How We Protect Your Personal Information
We adopt industry-standard security measures and management mechanisms to prevent your information from being accessed, tampered with, leaked, abused or lost without authorization, including:
- Technical measures: Transmission encryption and communication encryption; permission hierarchical control and access audit mechanism.
- Management measures: Employee privacy protection training; security review process; establishment of information security emergency response mechanism.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to manage your personal information in accordance with legal provisions, including but not limited to:
- Right to deletion: You can apply for deletion of information when the deletion conditions are met (such as exceeding the processing purpose, withdrawing authorization, illegal collection, etc.);
- Withdrawal of authorization: You can partially withdraw authorization by canceling subscriptions, push notifications, etc. through settings.
We will respond to your request within 15 working days. For malicious repeated requests and situations beyond technical limits, we have the right to refuse or charge reasonable fees.
5. Information Protection for Minors
We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information and are committed to handling and protecting it properly in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.
- If you are under the age of 18, you should obtain the consent of your parents or legal guardians in advance before using RenewWatch.
- If you are under the age of 14, before using RenewWatch services, your parents or legal guardians should read and agree to this privacy policy under their guardianship and guidance before you can use this service.
- If you are the guardian of a minor under the age of 14, please read and fully understand the content of this privacy policy before assisting the ward to use RenewWatch, and assist them to use this service after agreeing.
- If you find that we have collected personal information of minors under the age of 14 without the consent of the guardian, please contact us in time through the contact information in this policy, and we will delete the relevant data as soon as possible after verifying your identity.
6. Cross-border Information Transmission
We will strictly store and process your personal information in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations. Currently, the data servers of RenewWatch are deployed in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the information you provide will in principle be collected, transmitted and stored within Hong Kong.
If you are outside the territory, you understand and agree that, in order to realize the core service functions, part of your data may be transmitted from your location to the servers in Hong Kong for storage and processing.
We will adopt reasonable security technology and management measures to protect the integrity and security of data during transmission and storage, and ensure that your information is not illegally accessed, leaked, tampered with or abused during cross-border transmission.
7. Third-party SDK Services
The data we collect may include SDK/API code version, Internet service provider, timestamp, application identifier, application version, application distribution channel, session start/stop time, language location, time zone and network status (WiFi, etc.), hard disk, CPU and battery usage.

8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy according to service changes or regulatory requirements. If the update constitutes a major change, we will notify you through push notifications and pop-up windows.
Major changes include but are not limited to:
- Major changes in our service model, such as the purpose of processing personal information, the type of personal information processed, the way personal information is used, etc.;
- Major changes in our company's ownership structure, organizational structure, etc., such as changes in ownership caused by business adjustment, bankruptcy and merger, etc.;
